1. Security Surveillance Systems

  • 24/7 surveillance cameras covering all corridors, entrances, and exits to ensure tracking of any movement within the facility.
  • Digital recording systems save footage for a sufficient period of time to ensure access when needed.

2. Secure electronic gates

  • Entry and exit from the facility are controlled by the security and management team according to official work schedules and internal instructions.
  • Entry of any unauthorized person is prohibited, and personal identity may be checked when necessary for security or administrative reasons.

3. Full Night Lighting

  • All external and internal corridors and courtyards are equipped with powerful lighting systems that operate automatically at night to provide a safe environment for tenants and visitors throughout the day.

4. Fire Extinguishing and Alarm Systems

  • The facility is equipped with modern smoke detectors that instantly detect any potential danger.
  • Fire extinguishers are carefully distributed throughout the warehouses and corridors, in accordance with Civil Defense requirements.
  • Our commitment to periodically updating alarm systems to ensure their full readiness.
  •   My Space Logistics facilities are committed to applying the highest safety standards. Storage units and offices are equipped with automatic fire extinguishers (Fire Balls), which self-explode when exposed to fire, ensuring an immediate response to fires without human intervention.
  • Safety systems are reviewed periodically, and the storage of any materials that may impede their operation or increase the possibility of a fire is strictly prohibited.

5. Prohibiting Prohibited and Hazardous Materials

  • We strictly prohibit the storage of any flammable, explosive, or chemically reactive materials, or those that pose a health or environmental risk.

  • The list of permitted contents is periodically reviewed and ensured that all tenants comply with it.
 

6. Emergency Response Procedures
  • Train our technical team on evacuation plans, first aid, and immediate emergency response.

    • Provide clear signage in all spaces to indicate emergency exits and escape routes.

        • 7. Restricted Access to Private Areas

        • Entry to units is only permitted to holders of personal access codes or those with official authorization from the tenant.
        • It is strictly prohibited for people to be inside the units for extended periods or to use them for any purposes other than storage.
